Just to make it clear im not here to downramp VRC, I do wish VRC and their holders the best of luck (we all need it).
I cant speak for others that have said a CR in the first quarter, only for my own thoughts of a CR in the next 4 weeks.
From my experience SP rises on either:
1. A good announcement
2. A leak of a good announcement
3. A pump from the company for an imminent CR
4. An investor trying to get in / out
Regardless of fundamentals this is what creates a rise in SP
