is pleased to announce that its shares have been accepted for listing and have begun trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange effective May 31, 2006. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the world's third-largest stock exchange by trading volume.


Trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will enable global access to Vital's securities, building the company's international presence and generating exposure to European investors. The company has been granted symbol VZN.

Vital has also has made an election with the Canada Revenue Agency for Vital to be a public company with shares eligible for RSP investments in Canada.
