    I can't really recall one.

This really makes me wonder about Wah Nam, if they really know what they are doing, or if they are just some half wits who managed to sneak around deceiving everyone up to a point, and now lack the wherewithal to finalise this thing.

Here are your options Wah Nam:

    1. Offer us a decent amount of cash to buy us outright. If you do not have the cash and/or your backers won't come up with the readies, you are a bunch of idiots; and doubly so if you think your scrip has a scintilla of attractiveness.

    2. Realise that you will not get 100% of BRM...and you should consider yourselves damn lucky you got as far as you did. It then behooves you to bring the Marillana project forward in spite of yourselves. You can then display your much-vaunted ability to raise debt...(which I personally doubt given the state of your balance sheet.

Failing that you should recognise your inappropriateness to have anything to do with the management of an emerging mining company and make a public statement that you will let BRM management get on with the job of bringing BRM to market. And if we are very lucky you will hopefully not abhorred FMG and/or Hancock totally from having anything to do with BRM re: rail. Any agreements with these two companies will have to have you ringfenced from any interference in long term contracts BRM may sign.
