    Warnie nice extrapolation but as Yoda said;
    "Go into exile I must...failed I have."
    Your whole argument regarding corruption is a bit of a long bow. Unlike Black Caviar, it fails to get out of the barriers, which is necessary to be seriously considered by a thinking person . Have you actually read the AELB text or is there some innocent naivety, of how regulators operate consistently around the globe.
    For the funds are not a covered up corrupt sling, but a broadly announced impost i.e. a charge to fund the regulators operation. As an example read up on & consider our APRA, a world renown ethical regulatory body. They also charge their licensees , in their case the financial institutions that they regulate (CBA for instance) in the same way as the ALEB levies Lynas. It costs serious money to establish and operate regulators who expend vast sums to consider and investigate participants, especially in complex, fundamental or risky markets. So the charge is all above board, legitimate and appropriate. Unlike your conclusions, so take Yoda's advise, should you?
