    It looks to me that Adsteam may have been oversold on the news regarding the EU's guidelines re Tonnage Tax.

    I am not sure what effect this may have on ADZ's UK revenue, this announcement doesnt seem to say a lot. Can anyone here shed light on what the impact may be.
