SKG have announced revised plans to get this Epay deal up.

they clearly could NOT raise the $20m from the market as first advised and now they have a re hashed deal on the table.....still subject to certain conditions.

to me.....it has red flags all over it.

it calls for giving a guy who wanted $8 million in cash.......NOTHING now except SKG shares.

Now do you really believe if this business was this good the vendor would accept SKG shares?

Forgive me for being cynical buti smell a rat.

I smelt a rat when they announced the "russian deal" which was conveniently announced to get the AIM listing up......only for that deal to be revised...then abandoned.

Ring any bells with this one???????????
