Yes suspect you are right, Kingston are certainly a part of this and are not financially in a great position. Perhaps they just can't afford to pay their share of the assays given that they presumably lack any visible mineralisation to trigger a rush to examine things further. SER might have to wait until the JV lapses to progress things further?
