has unemployment changed

How many people here have lost their job? Or know someone who has lost their job?

I have been asked to take a few weeks off over xmas (great for me because I wanted to), so I looked on the internet to see what jobs are around as a back up -

Two of the positions I was offered in March are still unfilled.

My girlfriend wants to quit her job for visa reasons, and her company is willing to help out with her visa so she can work for them after our xmas holiday as they have staff shortages.

WHERE IS THE 10% UNEMPLOYMENT GOING TO COME FROM???
