A ideological act is connected by the ideological belief, if this is about a organised strike, where is the organisation and what connects the four let alone the others? Why would the four trust each other let alone the support?

In this sense this act is more about the master minds and how they managed to get these four to do it with others assisting? They managed to recruit some fools but why did the fools follow them so blindly with little obvious direction?
