    There seems to be some structural strife, but I think the selling is overdone.

    The s/p was hit by the cancellation of dividends, which caused the cap to fall below the threshold for inclusion in the index, which caused institutional capitulation.

    34.5m shares traded in one day. I would put the chances that the institutions are now near-as-dammit out, as very high.
