    Wow - I had to read a lot of posts there to try and find the reasoned, non emotive summary of why it is overvalued or why I should sell.

    I found nothing.

    Now I am going to start a new thread and show you how suble Geoff has become about his communication to the market after the pasting he go for the 'perilously close' comment.
