How many junior biotechs or juniors in general do you know that are valued on cash flow? If that was the case then most of them would be valued at $5m market cap max. In reality they are all valued on their potential, specifically: how big is their potential market opportunity and how realistic are their chances of achieving such figures. If both of those answers are favorable (ado) then a stock is more exciting and hence attractive to investors. So you see it is not just a stocks potential that drives prices, it is how likely the company is to realise this large potential.

In the case of ADO the sheer number of collaborators in varied fields, extraordinarily large potential income, and the credentials of management will rightly result in the market being drawn to this stock.

Now we may never sign up these contracts, but there is more chance that 1 more in 60+ companies will sign up when you compare it to whether a drug in a competitive field like hep b ever makes it to FDA approval.

This technology can succeed in many different ways and is precisely why the risk/reward prospect for this is so different to other juniors.
