I don't think you're right. If we accept rockme's premise the market valuation has a 12 to 18 month horizon. A major deal now would increase the likelihood of further deals in that timeframe pretty dramatically. Put your own numbers on revenues, factor in $2.5 M to $3 M costs and multiply by whatever you think is a fair P/E for a growth company.
