samizdat01... when TO started selling i called Geoff and specifically asked about why they were selling .. he was reluctant to say anything so i put my opinion that TO was selling to cover their financing to which he replied exactly who has that kind of money in cash lying around.. i posted this way back then. Now we all know he sold more later which imo was to help set up his "new venture" that required him to spend more time in the UK... hope this clears it up for you..
nothing sinister about him not believing in the company and being close to info blah blah blah...
