Japan ready to sell more yen to dissuade speculators..... (guess what they are buying..US treasuries).
NB: sorry got that wrong about Italy and Spain....both are salvageable- given that they both don't depend as much on foreign debt (as do Greece etc) but market was looking for the EB to step in to help with short term liquidity - which they have now said they will now.
