I don't think it is simple to just print more Euro's as the Country the money is intended causes an inflationary affect on the EU Countries that don't receive the money...
The only way EU can "print" money is to borrow it from the ECB, IMF, Independent country or Warren Buffet (where are you Stockplaya)
The US are getting away with it atm because it is all in house and appears to be working and creating growth...
