Theres pro's and cons for bulls & bears on the chart I agree with the neckline being a tough ask it may need a couple of cracks at it, my inds arn't saying over bought..there is a 2nd chance of a inverted H&S even though the other one failed this may not..the lower gap may need filling but so dose the higher one, the MA's have crossed up so interesting times...imo
