The highlight you refer to iswhether the interest is paid in shares per qtr or by cash election - this isHAS (not WYLOO). They have been doing so (thus far) via shares as per each Qtrannouncement of “unquoted securities”.
Your first paragraph refers to apoor performing SP due to, reflection of poor REE prices, definite missteps by mgmt(no argument there), likely SP manipulation …. but nothing more. It is what itis but you attempt to portray a separately bleak picture.
Wyloo will end up with a good chunkof HAS ownership and existing share holders will be diluted again but that’sabout it. Do tell us why you are really here ?
