One more comment on this from me....the timing of the option to convert by the holder of the debt (ie. Wyloo) is whether they choose to continue to hold that debt (and hence continue receiving interest payments) or convert to equity to gain capital appreciation and/or take advantage of dividends. Obviously with the SP in the doldrums they will simply sit and continue to receive interest until the SP improves from its current position. That's their option.
