You're wrong... HAS will owe Wyloo ~$70M accumulated compounding interest on that debt by Aug'25, so HAS needs to stump up ~$220M not $150M, less the NEO shares.
There are two things HAS did I consider highly misleading and possibly worthy of a shareholder class action. First was the Feb DFS Update, the second was selling the Wyloo "loan" as an "Investment" on the release and every release afterwards in a deliberate attempt to mislead the market it was an investment by Wyloo not the high interest-bearing loan and HAS liability they knew it really was...
