The ‘option’’ you refer to is not what you imply (and then highlight)..read the sentence properly. Nothing to do with the instrument being used for conversion.
The conversion will be less than $5.50 per share due to dilution since inception to conversion date. Previously you referred to straight out loan payback of $220mill (includes the interest)… that’s more misleading BS.
Your commentary on here includes far more obfuscation than any announcement by HAS.
