MJS....truly awesome post.
You hold and you state things as they are.
Yeah I do agree....if they can announce guidance being on trck for 2008 and they just came up with a silly decision, poor wording and poor timing, then I think we are up for $2.-$3 on open.....actually...probably $1.50 and a avergae climb to $2 base don current pessimistic market conditions.
I have jumped from bullish to neutral on MFS. I would like to see them come out with a confirmation the media over downramped...but lets see what happens.
I think it will probably trade tomorrow.....but if steller negotioations are eventuations...they may even go into suspend until some agreement is reached.
All in all....this in my 8 years of playing with the ASX has been a great experience. I am happy to lose the 20% of my cash in this one or double it or anywhere in between.
I do think though the media jumped on this one super fast and did a job on them. If MFS can provide a good rebuttal and shut down all the theories and then have a good revised plan for the restructure...we might see an an almighty jump.
If not however....it may be a struggle.
Thanks MJS!!!
