yeah I'm with duckfield ..and as of yesterday I have written off my 60,000 HST investment...sorry .
the banks swapping their debt for hst shares ..it's a laughable idea and an entitlement issue to shareholders..with this pathetic bunch ..forget it !
with competent management ..provided say by an established, proven outfit such as small time player BSA ...earnings in the underlying service businesses should extinguish the banks debts over time and that's after they sell the Austral business.
and that is what the banks are no doubt trying to orchestrate. Hastie is left with no default , no businesses, no banks and a massive class action .
