looking at former recaps.... bbg smashed - then along comes nixon and private equity. tpi does huge entitlement.
are there other players out there who could "bolt-on" hst?
again, maybe there is a bigger player out there with a long view of this and the finances to try to trade out of the current troubles, and in 5-10 years see the fire-sale purchase of hst as a good investment?
