Neo is recovering which is good. Rare earths are up this year but have a long way to go. There could be some massive gains for those willing to buy in at these prices.

Seems the smart money is moving to copper, but what wil be the next comodity to shine. Gold, lithium and uranium have had a run. Heres hoping for Rare earths to make its comeback like lithium did when it shot too early.
