NASDAQ only counts Market Value based on NASDAQ listed shares, based on the recent ASX filing of shares, that would be a little over 11 million shares, leaving the Company about $13 mil short in that category. Furthermore, NASDAQ deducts shares held by insiders, so to be safe, call it 11 million and hope they don't deduct JP Morgan Chase shares. On that basis the price on NASDAQ would need to be about $3.10 to get to $35 mil market cap.
