Following the announcement on 13 December 2012, Queensland Mining Corporation Limited (ASX Code: QMN) advises that Mr David Usasz has resigned as a director and Chairman of the Company with effect from close of business on 28 February 2013.
The Board released a statement: “On behalf of the board, management and all QMC staff we would like to extend our thanks to David Usasz for his dedicated service as a director and Chairman of the Company. David has made an enormous contribution to the Company and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours”.
