Yes GLE and GEH said as much in their response to questions asked at the Royal Commission, they even went further to say they were very interested in not just using Laser Enrichment in SA but also an Advanced Recycling Centre (ARC) and PRISM reactors.

"GLE would be pleased to engage in further discussions regarding potential
applications of GLE technology. GLE would welcome the opportunity to provide a
feasibility study to the Royal Commission.
Similarly, GEH also has prepared proprietary and confidential financial and
economic models and evaluations for GEH’s Advanced Recycling Center (ARC) and
PRISM reactor designs, and would also welcome the opportunity to develop a
feasibility study for the used nuclear fuel recycling opportunity to other countries
outlined in response 2.1. It is an exciting opportunity and would bring a world class
solution to a global nuclear issue while benefiting the South Australian economy.
The recycling opportunity is an exciting one. Should South Australia choose, it has
the potential to develop a world-class solution to a global nuclear issue, and at the
same time, one that would generate significant economic and environmental
benefits for South Australia."
