CCC has not changed fundamentally,yes they have missed a few perceived deadlines like listing on AIM, penumbra tied-up and started,money in the bank from vanmag...all that has happened to you is you've lost your nerve, let others play with your mind and have bought it to the dodgy side of conspiracy theories.

These "same names" appearing are just people who didn't lose their nerve, are happy with their decision making and are now feeling like some of the fundamentally planned projects are near to announcing. No conspiracy there.
