Let's not get too hung up on the pros and cons of a dual listing. This can be over analysed sometimes. It's about access to capital markets and making it easier for overseas investors to purchase shares in the company. Nothing more, nothing less. The ASX is just a small pool in a big ocean. If you want to launch big ships you need to seek deep water.
