Experience actually does matter. The reason why becasue managers don't matter, it all depends on what team they have but they seem to have a consistent failure. They failed in Heron, they failed in Zeus and they failed in Artemis. I'm not surprised they will fail in their rest of their exploration. Avoid. But having said that - they are great in hype and CR. Who seduced those US and UK instos into stumping up $32M. Albers also great, he knows it. Artemis will be a duster - given with Meo inexperienced and records. That's why he dumped the 5% for some 'free' cash for MOG. Just my views.
