Agreed and though Theranos is terrible situation and fraudulently misrepresenting presentations to investors deserves jail time it’s why I stated big situation is worse. It’s on published numbers to asx.
Corp regulators Don’t do a lot it seems but when they stumble across this albeit by external help they will have to come down very hard or they will be seen as a joke and with large financial rewards on offer by lying anyone will be able to take the risk of being caught if there’s no suitable punishment/deterrent.
