It is good to see that all those things that were supposed to happen in order that mining and exports commence 'shortly' appear to finally have gotten done, or are imminent after a year of being 'close' to producing. I am thinking off-takes won't be an issue once they get the green light to mine, so now they really seem to be truly close.

Is the third party they are referring to when negotiating the haul road access Rio Tinto? Anybody of any thoughts on how things might play out if this becomes something they cannot overcome? Or thoughts on their likelihood of success in negotiating with a giant?
