My understanding is.....the land belongs to the native title holders, mlm have applyed for axcess. Ovisly rio tinto must agree but and the end of the day haul road will be granted because of the fact the land belongs to native title holders not rio tinto.
It will be granted because the local aboriginal corporate would like to be paid.
Also rio cant deny axcess to the established barge load out area.
Once agreements are in place the local cook shire will need to agree.
Mlm is half way thru the quarterly and if they achieve the axcess agrement and the other goals stated under corporate, we will all be happy holders, but things move slow here so patience is def needed.
