    COB is miles ahead compared with HAV and will be the first producer in my opinion.
    Saying that HAV could well be working together with COB as they have a similar ore body and are neighbours.
    COB has the technical knowhow and the support of LG to develop their ore and will be a huge benefit for HAV to become a partner.
    Saying this HAV would need a PFS and Reserve statement and a better understanding of the ore grades before anything will be done.
    All this will take time and money as we have seen with COB.
    But I think you are right that there will be plenty benefits for both companies to start working together at one stage , in bringing their cobalt to the market.
