Actually, the people at OZL are likely to lead Mr Giles by the hand on how to do that.
As for BHP there's the general saw re - the SA bureau of mines general has an Unwritten rule if BHP or Santos ask to get licencing done put it to the head of the others can just lie there till you feel like it (not least because the big tow can kick a---).
Personally, I don't care how it occurs.
