Interesting how Kalkaroo fits into OZL's strategy. Slides 40, 41 and 48 are relevant for Kalkaroo.

This presentation reinforces my opinion on the OZL/ Kalkaroo deal metrics. Kalkaroo ranks highly on slide 48. A relative bargain for OZL.

If this forum is any guide, can't see a majority of HAV shareholders voting against the deal. Given how little time there is before the GM, can't see a superior proposal surfacing by next Wednesday either. Whether OZL itself is taken out by BHP or someone else is another proposition.
