I wanted to make sure that my vote counted so asked the Company Secretary to confirm the forms were received and correct. One thing to note if you hold any shares overseas then they will be held by a nominee, not in your name, hence you have to instruct the nominee to send in the form on your behalf.

I too have great respect for TB and team but until they get some operational runs on the board then it's a no from me. Operational performance has been woeful. I know they will say but if they don't perform then they don't get the rewards. I'm fine with that but then these incentives should be brought up at each AGM with a clearly defined set of targets for the year ahead.

The final thing I note is that although they reduced the maximum number of shares from 200 million to 75 million this is for 3 years not 10, hence on a pro-rated basis they have increased the number of freebies available!
