When that all happens then they can call another meeting and ask for a reward as opposed to an incentive !!
At the moment they're just being a little too "free and easy" with my hard earned money.....
For what it is worth -- my vote is in.
Remember the proxies need to be in 48 hours before the meeting which is the weekend (Friday to be sure).
