Your point is taken. my information is that the Chairmans father was the instigator of the company,and regardless of who did it ,the performance has been very good.
As to auditing PKF have done the accounts. In HK penalities for any corporate shinnaggians is compulsory and swift jail.

Here is some gossip it just shows our problem in lack of transparency. It has nothing to do with the real merit of the fundamentals

My only real worry is IF the plantations have suffered some strange infestation as did Asian Citrus Holdings did last year (since recovered).
I would hope that the company releases a new top 20,this would go a long way to abate fears!!
