That said, given the predicament the company is in, you’re completely right that the delay in finding new directors is in the best interest of those still holding. It’s in my opinion that time is needed for a solid announcement, one pertaining to funding and not new directors. As soon as trading opens again the share price will plummet if funding has not been addressed.
