yeah its not good for employees onsite atm. this will be a costly exercise in the short term until familiar local labour can be utilised. And yes with all M & A of recent years, staff retention has been a big thing , less cost in retraining etc. Haven't got there this week yet but will be interesting to see who - which contractor - is doing the mining and wash plant
