    You really make wonder.
    Someones answer to "fix" a problem with a response that proves to have limited efficacy. (It is common knowledge these vaccines wain rapidly, compared to contemporary experience). The answer is its the 10% unvaccinated!! : so when in a dream world we got to 100% vaccinated, and people still got sick and died ( not just a dodgy +ve test), who will be your *** then?
    And it will come to this, as these vaccines just aren't very good, and would take years to make a good one if we end up needing one.
    Imagine if the world threw this much effort at malaria? Years ago?

    The first "disease" we have a vaccine before we have a treatment?

    I'll guess--- their co-morbities, not the failure of the vaccine.
