    I'm sure some traders are expecting a Wednesday announcement......buying on Monday/Tuesday and selling on Wednesday (regardless of whether an announcement takes place) before they have to settle?

    I have noticed this before........very low volume.......still a waiting game.

    Slightly down in the US overnight also.
