Looks like the rot has started to set in at CHM. Sellers outnumber buyers >3:1. The sp has dropped from 3 cents to 1.8 cents and looking weaker by the day.
MMX has settled the Koh & Evans case and what has CHM done with the money? Not even a squeak from the lizard regarding what it has done with the windfall gain or if they intend to distribute any of the millions from MMX to CHM shareholders.
Instead it has drawn a response from ASIC. Perhaps someone should write to ASIC and get them to investigate who CHM's litigation funder is? Perhaps it is a related party transaction designed to suck out any future MMX payments to parties with a vested interest. This is my own personal hypothetical view.
I really don't have a lot of sympathy for CHM holders because there is plenty of information out there in the public domain that cries out - BEWARE of this lot. If you are too lazy to DYOR just borrow your child's story book and read Ali Baba and the 40 thieves.
