If these parties settle it will be for MMX shares and cash like the Koh and Evans style deal.
MMX siders will scream look how little they settled for in that case and CHM holders will say wait and see. Lets also not forget in that case it was still Koh and Evans running who were the plaintiffs and had a say.
If case goes all the way and CHM proves its case in the judges eyes then CHM will be looking for cash and Crossland shares.
Also an accounting for profits from B and G
As to buying more shares why bother if you are comfortable with your holding. Isnt throwing to much of your eggs in one basket gambling.
I rate CHM a buy at the moment because it is going to drift until about 2 weeks before final submissions and traders will get interested and it will spike. For traders thats a three month opportunity but DYOR
Then it will drift again as market realises judge will need months to look at the case. Then it will be based on what the judge decides.
