Despite my doom and gloom comments, I bought in heavily in the recent depressed prices (yes, the company is in big trouble, but at those prices, I just couldn't resist) and I now personally control 1.1% of the votes.
I will be voting against the proposed sale because I think that the price and conditions are silly (how is it BCL's concern as to what Bodog does with the business brandnames)... gotta go.. will finish l8er.
