You are right bundalee from my experience here in Perth attending AGM's small cap companies such as WHN would be lucky to get more than 6 shareholders turn up, I am in the business of designing and printing Annual reports for listed companies and can tell first hand most would not get more than three.
Don't know about WHN though.
