Coupled with the over extended attempts of dominating the spaces in which the free discussion on said ticker should happen, can result in a potential for said group to have more control on the businesses valuation than even the board themselves. So if said group used the death by a thousand slices stratergy of daily negative feedback loops on retail investors as well as absolutely shorting it beyond a point of recovery you may find the problem I speak of
