The Genesis Scientific/Licensee process works like this: The Genesis Research and Development Team first develops underlying technologies, then creates basic product designs that are licensed to manufacturers around the world, who in turn produce and sell the products through resellers to consumers. Each licensed Genesis manufacturer custom tailors basic product output and feature configurations to create a range of individual product models that will best meet the needs of consumers within their individual markets.
The production of Genesis products is a team effort between Genesis Scientific and its licensees. The Genesis Scientific program is designed to mass produce as many key technology components as possible in the United States, then supply them to its manufacturing licensees throughout the world. Genesis manufacturing licensees then use the key components supplied by Genesis to manufacture and assemble the specific product models locally to meet the needs of their local customers. Typically, Genesis manufacturing licensees distribute their products to licensed resellers, who then sell, install and service the products to consumers.

Genesis Reopens Licensing for Exclusive National Manufacturers For a limited time commencing on February 18, 2005, Genesis Scientific will be accepting applications from qualified parties that are interested in becoming the sole exclusive manufacturer and master distributor of all current and future Genesis Scientific products and technologies within the sovereign nations and their territorial possessions listed below. These exclusive licenses are being placed back on the market either as a result of the fact that the original parties that acquired them were unable to arrange funding to pay for them, or based on the fact that the original licensee was ultimately rejected by Genesis Scientific. The number of national licenses available is a result of the fact that a handful of groups attempted to acquire many exclusive licenses. Since time is of the essence in bringing these countries into production, Genesis Scientific will remove individual countries from the license application process without advance notice, when it feels a sufficient number of qualified applications have been received.

Genesis Takes Over Its Own License Processing Genesis World Energy concluded its relationship with World Energy Management (Genesis' license application processing subcontractor for the 2003 and 2004 licensing application periods) in the fall of 2004. World Energy Management's deadline for submitting recommendations for the issuance of licenses passed in August of 2004, at which time Genesis formally assumed total responsibility for completing license processing. Issuing Of All Standard Manufacturing Licenses Completed As of December 1, 2004, Genesis had completed issuing all complying standard manufacturing licenses it planed to issue until the next round of license releases occurs in approximately one year.
Retail Sales And Service License Requests Genesis has currently received a sufficient number of marketing license applications to meet the product the launch goals of our licensed product manufacturers. Genesis plans to accept additional applications for marketing licenses as our manufacturer's products begin to enter the market.
